We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join St Vincent’s Hospice – a hospice often described as “the little hospice with the big heart”.
At St Vincent’s Hospice, you will play a key role in providing holistic, person-centred care to patients and those important to them, supporting them through some of life’s most significant moments.
About this role:
As an ANP, you will work as an autonomous practitioner, using advanced clinical judgement to manage a complex caseload and deliver high-quality care.
You will:
Undertake comprehensive holistic assessments and clinical decision-making
Provide expert symptom management, including prescribing
Support patients and families through sensitive and complex conversations
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to service development, education, and quality improvement
This is a senior clinical role where your expertise, compassion, and professionalism will have a direct impact on patient experience and quality of life.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who:
Is a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Holds (or is working towards) a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice
Is an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (V300)
Has significant experience in palliative or end-of-life care
Demonstrates strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
Is confident working autonomously and managing complex cases
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive annual salary ranging from £52,769 to £61,377.
