Job summary

We are seeking motivated Deputy Sisters/Charge Nurses to join our dynamic team. We are looking for enthusiastic Registered Nurses with a passion for delivering strong, forward-thinking leadership in Emergency Nursing.

Our innovative, fast-paced department has a proven track record of high performance and recognised excellence in patient care. This role offers a rewarding and varied environment, where you will support the coordination of daily operations and contribute to delivering consistently high standards of care across all emergency settings.

As part of the senior nursing team, you will help foster a supportive and inclusive culture while developing your own leadership capabilities, supported by the Lead Nurse team. You will also play a key role in service improvement, staff training and education, appraisals, and recruitment and retention, helping to shape the future of the department.

Qualifications

  • 1st level Registered Nurse
  • Evidence of personal and professional development in critical care practice/ management

Desirable

  • Diploma level study, or the willingness to undertake

Experience

  • Significant post registration experience
  • Experience within Accident & Emergency
