This is a 12 month maternity cover position available as fixed term contract or a secondment.
Lambeth Together is a partnership aimed at improving health and wellbeing across Lambeth, uniting a wide range of partners from the voluntary and community sector, NHS, and Lambeth Council. It focuses on creating an integrated health and care system that addresses the needs of the local population effectively and equitably. Central to its operation is the Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Alliance (NWDA). The NWDA works towards enhancing community health, supporting individuals through a more cohesive and connected approach to care within Lambeth neighbourhoods.
The Lambeth Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance Programme Director will lead and manage a programme of work to develop the partnership between health, care and the voluntary sector in Lambeth. This work is grounded in understanding population health management, and the health profiles of Lambeth, to deliver a neighbourhood health service which supports the needs of residents across the health and care system.

Main duties of the job
The Lambeth Neighbourhood & Wellbeing Alliance will develop a partnership response to and the Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Alliance Programme Director will support the following:
o Leading the programme of partnership work on neighbourhood development for Lambetho Facilitating and implementing a learning and development framework for the Allianceo Designing and implementing a framework through which to appraise maturity, capability and readiness for change as a partnershipo Leading the development and coordination of providers to respond to any emerging commissioning processo Develop a partnership response to any commissioning process for the Neighbourhood & Wellbeing Partnership Delivery Allianceo Lead and implement an integrated proposal, vision and delivery plan for the borough wide neighbourhood delivery model to reduce health inequalitieso Alliance Lead, design and develop a Neighbourhood Alliance community and engagement model and delivery plan.

- Relevant degree qualification or equivalent professional qualification
- Masters degree or equivalent level experience
- Formal qualification in Project and Programme Management (PRINCE 2 & MSP or equivalent)
Desirable
- Formal training in lean six-sigma

- Extensive experience, expertise and understanding of programme and change management, strategic planning, budget setting and contracting processes, in a cross organisational programme in a health/ social care setting
- Extensive experience in of working collaboratively at a senior level across organisations to deliver complex large programme goals resulting in positive value for money outcomes
- An understanding of the background and aims of Lambeth Together as well as South East London Integrated Care System.
- A proven track record of creating a common purpose and instilling organisational values and behaviours that promotes a corporate vision
- Experience of developing business plans and programme/project management programmes resulting in positive value for money outcomes.
- Ability to be intellectually flexible and to look beyond existing structures, ways of working, boundaries and organisations to produce more effective and innovative partnerships through transformation
- A commitment to improving health and social care services and reducing disparities in outcomes, access and experience
