Job summary

Frailty Assessment Beds (FAB) is a 19-bedded, mixed-sex acute frailty assessment area, providing high-quality care to patients with complex frailty needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional seeking to further develop within a leadership role. We are looking to appoint a passionate, motivated, and engaging leader to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team and contribute to the ongoing delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Main duties of the job

As a senior leader within the ward, you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to motivate, support, and effectively manage a team within a fast-paced clinical environment. You will draw on your knowledge, skills, and experience to support the continued development of the ward team and the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual with strong leadership capability, excellent organisational skills, and a clear commitment to enhancing both patient and staff experience.
