At CPFT our adult inpatient wards operate an exciting, ambitious model of care, known as the NAV, which ensures every admission is Necessary, Appropriate, and adds Value to a person's recovery.

Main duties of the job

We will expect you to have a good level of knowledge of local, national policies and legislation which govern current service provision.

We will expect you to identify and contribute to the training needs of junior registered and unregistered staff and ensure that issues of equality, diversity and rights are dealt with in accordance with good practice and legislation.
