Job summary

To support the Senior staff with the running of the vaccination service on a shift by shift basis.

To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of care.

To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team,

To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework in line with National Minimum standards

Main duties of the job

We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within the Vaccination Service.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent, quality care to our patients. We are a welcoming, supportive and friendly group of professionals who strive to provide a friendly caring environment for both patients and staff.

We deliver a service 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full or part time shift system. We deliver our service in various venues and patient's homes so you will need to travel between sites within the ABUHB area.

We are committed to exploring innovative ways of working to enhance patient experience. We know that our success depends on the commitment and dedication of our staff and we aim to recruit and retain the best staff possible.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
