We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Short Stay Unit!
About the Unit: Our Short Stay Unit is a 52 bed, fast-paced environment that primarily cares for patients with a length of stay of up to 72 hours. We provide comprehensive care for acute medical patients with a variety of conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to Ward/Department Leader:
- Collaborate with the Ward Sister to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Nursing Care:
- Deliver and monitor high-quality nursing care for a designated group of patients throughout their care episode.
Learning Environment:
- Play an active role in fostering a positive and effective learning environment for all team members.
